Dehumidifier Type
DES-80
PORTABLE DEHUMIDIFIER SERIES
The DES-80 is a small portable unit built around a zeolite rotor, at a low unit cost. It reaches the performance of an industrial desiccant dehumidifier in that smaller body. A small heater regenerates the desiccant rotor, which releases the moisture into a container, so no ducting work is needed. Performance stays constant when inlet temperature and RH vary.
The DES-80 stops on its own when the water container is full, and a red warning light comes on. Electrical efficiency is high. The unit does not freeze and runs easily close to 0 (ZERO) degrees Celsius.
The unit is very quiet (SILENT): only the fan moves. It has no compressor, so the service life is long, and it suits 24-hour operation.
